Hi Bernardo, Thanks, I'm glad to hear there is (a partial) upgrade path.
I want to stress that this needs a good solid fix, ASAP. It should have happened months ago. Of course, I am not using "raring" on this computer, because it is just too buggy. -- I was running off the "live" stick here, and it is unlikely that I will apply many fixes to the stick. And I'm not going to "upgrade" from a functioning system until I have some confidence that it will work afterward. This is affecting a lot of people with otherwise very nice computers, and it really makes free software look bad. I'm just amazed that so many funcitonalities have been lost this way in recent releases. It seems that buggy eye candy of dubious worth has replaced functionality as the goal of this distribution. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1169755 Title: WLAN won't stay connected in 13.04 raring To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1169755/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
