Public bug reported:

Hello,

I'm using Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS and python-apt 0.8.3ubuntu7. I wrote a
small Python program (attached) to install a package. It doesn't have
custom fork(), but program behaves like it does.

aleksi@ubuntu-virtual-server:~$ sudo ./test.py
