NO, my .desktop file open an animated gif.

My default browser is Konqueror, but 
http://www.dwd.de/wundk/radar/Radarfilm_WEB_DL.gif opens in Gwenview by default 
for me.

But now I have detect, that this .desktop file doesn't lead to an crash
on my Kubuntu 13.10 PC at work.

I think, plasma-desktop crashes if a notification and something else
(opening a new application or a window or something else) should happens
on same time.
