If you want to review an application in the software center, the review windows
gets its own icon in the unity launcher. Moreover this icon has a lower
resolution. See the attached screenshot. I think the review window should just
be under the same entry in the launcher, and IF given a separate entry should
be a different icon or at least a full resolution icon...
(the screenshot is from ubuntu 12.04, but it also happens on 13.04)
