Anyway, attached is an .xlsx file created in Excel, with fine border lines. If you open in Calc, you will see that they are thicker (1.00 pt). If you uncheck "use antialiasing" in LO options, the lines look a bit better (a bit more in focus), but are still too thick. I hope this helps.
