Not merely a cosmetic bug. It steals focus from activities being performed. The big issue for me is that you can't create "dead space" to right click and make a new folder. The Name column resizes to make the columns take the whole width of the window, and thus there is no where to right-click without bringing up the context menu for the specific line you're right clicking on.
