There is no usable mailody4 yet. For various reasons the progress is slow. Don't expect any usable release until after the KDE 4.0 release.
For the record. mailody 0.5.0-2 made it into debian today. With the same fix I added to ubuntu the other day, versioned 0.5.0-2ubuntu1.
