Hi all, sorry it took me a long time to respond. This is still occurring, on and off, in my Raring install (which is an upgrade not a fresh installation). Just as in the video attached above. Same machine with Intel graphics.
On a Raring machine with a Radeon card, I've never seen it. I have a lot less time to test that one, so, small sample size. I'll be happy to report more if I can.
