As per Memotoo post (http://www.memotoo.com/forum/msg-4-6507-Recurring- events-wrong-by-1h-using-synchronized-with-CalDAV-after-DST-change.html) and KDE bug tracker discussion (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=291531), the fault might be on Memotoo's side, but I am not sure.
