June 1, 2013, Ubuntu 13.04. I have set up apport to notify every time Weather Indicator crashes - and it still does, sometimes more than once a day. With Doug's workaround, it re-starts immediately, so the only problem now is the nuisance of having to check the crash report to verify it's Weather Indicator again. Maybe, someday, Weather Indicator will be re-built and work as intended!
