To reproduce:
1. Click on "Gear button"; select "System Settings...".
2. Click on "Mouse & Touchpad".
3. Drag that "indicator" (I don't know what is it in English, sorry...) to the
left end on the bar besides "Pointer speed"
4. Close the window.
5. Re-do step 1 and 2.
Expected:
The indicator is at the left end of bar as we just put it there.
Actually:
The indicator is at the same old position as if we didn't perform step 3.
