This is a bit tricky as a fully automatic solution would require a unlocked gpg key that can upload to the archive on a server. That is a bit scary. We should talk to Martin Pitt to see how he is doing it for the langpack-o-matic stuff and if we could integrate into his framework. That would probably be the best solution.
