Your remaining diff is:

* Set X-Python-Version: >=2.5
- That's an optional field and is unnecessary since both Debian & Ubuntu have 
Python 2.7 as the default Python (and there won't be a newer major Python 2 
release).

* Break python-albatross-common (<< 1.36-5.4ubuntu2)
- That version was shipped before the most recent LTS and we do not support 
upgrades from pre-Ubuntu 12.04 LTS unless you upgrade to 12.04 LTS first.

We can drop both of those changes. However, there's one more change
(from 1.36-5.4ubuntu2) that seems necessary to actually build this
package in Ubuntu. Could you please resubmit your merge proposal with
just this one change and then re-subscribe ~ubuntu-sponsors one more
time.
