@israelbz , in Europe they use a decimal_point as ',' (coma) and
thousands_sep as '.' (dot), so the RAE is not wrong, in Spain they use
that convention....

But in various countries in America is used as decimal_point a '.' (dot)
and thousands_sep is ',' (coma).
