Since clamav is officialy supported by ubuntu, I think that bug must be reported here. Many users do not realize that clamav stoped updating the virus database (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1947436). A solution is to delete the outdated daily.cvd. I think that must be a patch for ubuntu users that will delete that older daily.cvd in case this is older than at least 1/3/2013.
