I think this is the same problem as https://bugs.launchpad.net/dell-sputnik/+bug/1048258 The problem, as described in detail there, is that, even if the trackpad is disabled, palm detection causes these messages to spew out. It can be triggered with the lid open by placing a palm on the trackpad. A fix has been released, but it does not seem to have made it into the Raring kernel.
