Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdevelop

If loading a kdevelop project that is in svn source control, and where
all files are either ignored or unmodifed (so that svn status returns
nothing), project loading will hang at the "loading plugins" stage.

If you add a non source-controlled file or modify a file (so that svn
status returns something) the project will load correctly.

So at a guess it would appear something is not handling a null response
from the svn status query...

Obviously the workaround is to either run gedit and add a space to one
of the source files, or to run "touch dont_ever_check_me_in" in the
project directory.

** Affects: kdevelop (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
