Public bug reported:

I configured vsftpd to enable anonymous uploads. When I try to upload a file,
it gets created but than the error message:
500 OOPS: priv_sock_get_cmd

Following the recommendation from
http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-bugs/2013-03/msg00457.html
I add following option: seccomp_sandbox=NO
to /etc/vsftpd.conf and now I can upload files again.
