Not much more to add, except it is still present in 4.0.4.2 release. I use LibreOffice cross platform ,this bug manefests only on Linux machines.
Tested with 4.0.4.2 on Mint Linux 14 & 15 on Cinnanamon, XFCE & MATE 1.2. Only work around is to export document as PDF and use your prefered document viewer to manage the print job.
