The bug is still present in my brand new laptop :
iwlwifi 0000:02:00.0: Microcode SW error detected. Restarting 0x2000000.
running
3.5.0-23-generic #35~precise1-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jan 25 17:13:26 UTC 2013 x86_64
x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
with a
Network controller: Intel Corporation Centrino Wireless-N 2230 (rev c4)
Subsystem: Intel Corporation Centrino Wireless-N 2230 BGN
Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 45
        Memory at f7d00000 (64-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=8K]
        Capabilities: <access denied>
        Kernel driver in use: iwlwifi
        Kernel modules: iwlwifi

Seems that either
options iwlwifi swcrypto=1
or
options iwlwifi 11n_disable=1

does the trick
