Before upgrading to Ubuntu 7.04, my networked HP Officejet 7200 worked perfectly both as a printer and scanner. Have tried all "therapies" recommended on this site and on other Ubuntu boards to no effect. As root, issued the command "xsane" plus the fax URI and xsane simply hangs. Nothing wrong with scanner. Works perfectly from my dual-boot copy of Windows XP.
