Public bug reported:

Basic help for using the whiptail dialog need to be present in the
package reconfiguration dialogue that may be presented to the user after
updating grub. For instance, that TAB moves from option to option, SPACE
toggles options, and ENTER moves on to the next step.

There are no help options for how to work the dialog presented to the
user. The typical user isn't going to know how to work a whiptail
dialog. They are not even going to know that the dialog is presented by
a program called "whiptail", and so are not likely to read its man page.

Pressing ENTER in the dialog may send the User back the beginning, if an
option otherwise needed to the selected.
