Mouse responsiveness looks OK so far, but there seems to be a regression
concerning WiFi/Bluetooth.

When the system comes up, both are disabled and cannot be enabled using
the hardware switch (touch button above the keyboard on the HP 6930p).
WiFi is reported "disabled by hardware switch" in Gnome Panel. I can
enable Bluetooth from Gnome Panel and after that WiFi (also in Gnome
Panel), and the LED will go from orange to blue. This started after I
upgraded to the 3.10 kernel.

Really a secondary theater of war and I can't rule out that it might be
because the kernel was actually built for a later Ubuntu release, but
I'd like that to be sorted out before I upgrade my kernel.

I will keep testing until next weekend and then post final results on
the mouse issue.
