it is because the driver put two headphone pins at spec->hp and
multi_out at same time

Each [audio output] has volume control,  after the driver assign [audio
output] to speaker and two headphone nodes, there is no [audio output]
left for the "Front", "Surround", "Center" and "LFE" playback volume


either 

speaker, headphone, headphone

or

speaker, front, surround, center and lfe  (no headphone playback volume
as two headphone had been retasked as line out jacks
