Oh, sorry, i misunderstood you.
I didn't file the bug, I've got a different dock. The thing is, that it works 
fine if plugged into usb 2.0 ports (even on linux), so it shouldn't be a 
hardware defect. 
Even if it is, the same happens when plugging my kingston pendrive into the usb 
3.0 port (even though it's only USB 2.0), which i have used for a year under 
windows.
I might be affected by some other bug, because now the usb 3.0 ports remain 
unpowered until reboot.
