This looks like a local configuration problem, rather than a bug in
Ubuntu, so I'm marking this bug as Invalid.

If multiple people have a similar configuration issue, that still does
not qualify the issue as a bug. It is a valid wishlist bug if there is
some specific action that we can take in order to avoid multiple people
having the same configuration issue, but there is no specific action
indicated by this report.
