Ok so I worked out you have to do `apt-get install python-launchpadlib`
but why the fuck doesn't it say that in the error? Jesus.

  I have an EW-7811UN wifi dongle. It does work (connects to networks).
  However it is much slower than in Windows (2Mb/s vs at least 15 Mb/s).
  Absolutely nothing changed between tests except I rebooted into Windows.
  Same USB port, same time, same position, etc.
  
  This is with Ubuntu 13.04
