@houstonbofh: They've moved the icon *again* - annoying, but it's still
there. Now it's in Main menu->System Tools->Preferences.

Ironcially, I only reported this bug because that's where I expected to
find it originally, but at the time it was a sub-panel in System
Settings. Now it's been moved out of System Settings and I had to go
hunting for it again.
