I have already solved the problem (as I said) by manually installing libudev0
I have Chrome 28.0.1500.95 I had installed Chrome ages ago via apt-get, and it keeps updated through ubuntu's automatic updates. Also, if a third-party package depends on another package (in this case libudev0), then it _is_ the package manager's responsibility to either not uninstall that package, or issue a warning. Isn't that all package managers are about? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1210693 Title: Upgrade from 12.10 to 13.04 breaks Google Chrome To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1210693/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
