I had to create ~/.pulse and ~/.pulse

killall pulseaudio

I cannot even do it. I added sudo. But it kills whole pulseaudio and it
does not even work as usual. When I tried the following

LANG=C pulseaudio -vvvv --log-time=1 > ~/pulseverbose.log 2>&1

this created different setup and I cannot even reproduce the problem
situation.
