I do apologize if by any chance I'm being inconvenient or annoying
because that's not my intention at all.

According to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/MainlineBuilds#Mainline_Kernels_Archive, the
mainline kernels archive is located at the following URL:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline with directories for each
mainline build, which is exactly the same URL from where I retrieved it.
So when you refer to unofficial is it because we're talking about a release
candidate kernel, or is there some other reason?
