Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

I loaded the flashplayer plugin when trying to play a google video.
I'm on a live cd . I have a Dell with Media Direct installed. Ubuntu
was responding to the volume buttons on the front of the Dell E1505.
After the video was playing I tried to adjust the volume with the Media
Direct panel button when everything crashed. The "flashplayer about-
settings" window opened just before it crashed.
