1) open the dialer app
2) navigate to the keypad view or the contacts view
3) make an incoming call to the phone from another phone
Expected results:
- the current view you are in should not change until you answer/decline the
call
Actual results:
- the view switches immediately to Call Log view as soon as the snap decision
