Public bug reported:

It's been months. Before this my Wi-Fi used to work fine.

Now I cannot connect to Wi-Fi at my office as long as I let Ubuntu remember the
password.
The "Wi-Fi Network Authentication Required" dialog keeps popping up asking me
to enter my password.
It's acting like when you enter a wrong password.

And yes, I am sure the password is correct.
Because if I select "Ask for this password every time", then usually it
connects without a problem after I enter the same password.

I guess it's worth mentioning that it still fails sometimes, even I let it ask
for password.
It just keeps failing and asking for password again and again.
In such cases I turn off the WLAN adapter with the hardware switch, and then
turn it back on. This usually fixes it.

This only happens at office. Everything works fine at home.
And my Android phone connects to the same office Wi-Fi without a problem.

The Wi-Fi security settings are as following:
Security: WPA & WPA2 Enterprise
Authentication: Protected EAP (PEAP)
Anonymouse identity: <left empty>
CA certificate: (None)
PEAP version: Automatic
Inner authentication: MSCHAPv2
Username: <my corporate id>
