I think that problem is that you can't use both profiles simultaneously because pulse always switches HFP when I select mic and doesn't stay in A2DP for audio sink. The ideal solution is when I can use A2DP for audio sink and HFP for audio source which is the way it works in Windows so I have high quality sound and microphone available.
