Confirmed this is an issue on Galaxy Nexus. The tones are actually sent,
as I was able to join a conference call and enter a pin code. However
there were no sounds being played and no feedback on the keypad that I
pressed the numbers.

Should fix to do the following:
- the keys should show pressed/unpressed state on the live call view just like 
they do in main keypad
- the numbers that are pressed should show up in the entry field as confirmation
- the tones should be audible
