Public bug reported: Emscripten is marked Architecture: any, but indirectly (via nodejs) depends on libv8-3.14.5 which is not, and is hence held in -proposed for unsatisfiable dependencies on powerpc.
This is fixed in Debian by changing the Architecture: line of debian/control (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=723129 ; they chose to go to a new upstream version at the same time, but this isn't necessary to fix this bug).
