I had this at my last install.  Seems it comes up either when external hard 
drive or USB disk attached and mounted or (and this is when it becomes 
important per what I see) when you  - like I did - before installing check out 
what is on the hard drive of the computer and thus mount and open one or more 
partition there.
It happened to me with the latest 13.04 installer from Live CD mode.
Should be changed as suggested above.
