Public bug reported:

Currently, when apps are suspended after requesting a transfer from
content-hub, things work finally when resumed. However, there is
potential for the requesting app to be killed based on application
lifecycle policy. If this happens, the state of the transfer should get
changed to "aborted".

** Affects: content-hub (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
