Cristi, Windows XP users can generate their own keyboard layouts or can download one of yours if they want to generate ș and ț. Users that have the "problem" you talk about can easily go around it. What does Yahoo mail have to do with this bug? As you said yourself, the encoding doesn't support cedilla characters either.
