I believe we added explicit code to hide the keyboard when the phone is
locked because otherwise it was showing up on top of the lockscreen.
Probably would be best to not hide the keyboard but have it appear
underneath the lockscreen if this is possible. If not, we should hide
the keyboard and also make sure to remove focus from input field
