Please sync afterstep 2.2.12-2 from Debian unstable (main) to saucy
release (universe).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Depend/build-depend on libtiff-dev rather than libtiff4-dev → now the Debian
package depends on libtiff-dev, so the Ubuntu change was integrated in Debian.

+ 39-Fix-parallel-builds to fix FTBFS on builders;

* Remove libgif-dev dependencies, as builtin ungif library is used instead.

* Remove unused lintian override.
