I managed to reproduce it by using a smaller disk for my devstack VM. The backtrace of libvirtd is attached.
Looks like it's related to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?format=multiple&id=929412 I guess I can reproduce the bug by deleting and creating instances with NWFilter configured forever in 4 processes.
