i found bug info from the terminal : apt bug # 470035

Also, when Ubuntu was re-installing ( downloading/copying files at the
very beginning i was reading the output and here was the oucome.

"Something wicked happening ubuntu kernal: [914.219607]r8169
0000:02:000etho: link up 082961e3-1eb9-49ab-

The BIOS bug has lock to boot the corrupt system and my internet
connection to clear comm. Clear comm., is not my internet provider, I
have time warner as my ip provider.

And when it finishes installing and i check for software and updates, my
settings were automatically set up to recieve updates from indendent
third party providers and not Canonial trusted parters. I changed those
settings .
