The step 2 is impacted by the network connectivity - b. It's difficult to enter wireless credentials if the keyboard layout has been setup first. + b. It's difficult to enter wireless credentials if the keyboard layout has not been setup first. My proposal to fix this is the following sequence: 1. Choose your language 2. Choose your keyboard layout 3. Connect to the network 4. Choose some installation options (install updates, additionnal software, etc)
