Public bug reported:

After every login, plasma-nm shows a dialog window, which asks for my WLAN
password, although the connection to my router is already established. When I
click on "cancel", the connection get's terminated, with the error "no secrets
were provided".
Deleting and re-adding of the connection doesn't fix this behaviour.
