Public bug reported:

Witnessing a Wi-Fi access point with a blank name both in settings and
indicator-network--also I've witnessed this in my upstarted desktop
indicator. I haven't remarked odd network names in my working (olde)
indicator-network, wonder if they're transient, e.g., will attach a
couple of screenies.
