Public bug reported: This is an odd quirk and probably minor, but I'm finding that the TZ location entry opens with " `" filled in already, interferes with entering proper location. NOTE that this doesn't repeat in a second visit to settings, for best results start from reboot.
TEST CASE 1. Open system settings. 2. Touch "Time & Date". 3. Touch "Time zone: " entry (on a fresh flash this may read "Etc/UTC"). EXPECTED RESULT: Empty text entry field. ACTUAL RESULT: Text entry field with " `" filled in. Successive visits may have the effect of adding another " `", e.g. by swiping away and re-selecting in applications scope. . . .
