NOTE that this is happening only under mir, and not under surface-
flinger.

** Changed in: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided => Medium

** Description changed:

  This is an odd quirk and probably minor, but I'm finding that the TZ
  location entry opens with " `" filled in already, interferes with
  entering proper location. NOTE that this doesn't repeat in a second
  visit to settings, for best results start from reboot.

  TEST CASE
  1. Open system settings.
  2. Touch "Time & Date".
- 3. Touch "Time zone: " entry (on a fresh flash this may read "Etc/UTC".
+ 3. Touch "Time zone: " entry (on a fresh flash this may read "Etc/UTC").

  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Empty text entry field.

  ACTUAL RESULT:
  Text entry field with " `" filled in.

- Successive visits may have the effect of adding another " `". . . .
+ Successive visits may have the effect of adding another " `", e.g. by
