Well, finaly, the problem came back, even if I was using the suspend2 patched Kernel.
Weird... It's been over one week now that I'm using the regular 2.6.20-15-generic kernel with the following kernel options: i8042.nomux i8042.reset I've been using my laptop quite intensively (frequent sleep/resume sequences) in this past week and up to now, everything works fine.
